After about 7 years working on a theme that evoked a kind of toxic beauty, I began to move away from the structures that were being explored, and ended up in a location that was very similar to where the journey began – a river framed by tangled growth with industrial buildings in the distance.
All of these small paintings are oil on gessoed paper.
