It’s still very early in the process but after a few visits to both my boxes, I’m happy to see some progress . . . and since these were taken, I’ve started to paint in the redwing blackbirds and layered in a lot more grasses.
When I’ve been working on the smaller one with green grass and reeds, it’s only a few feet from the bike path.
So, if I’m working in the early evening- there are lots of commuters who shout encouragement as they roll by. “Nice work” “Looks good!” “I like your art” “Beautiful”…
Something that one doesn’t get in a studio setting.
I wonder what constant encouragement would do in that situation!
